Rental terms.
By booking a car with Gorivvo you agree to these terms, and to the rental agreement issued with your booking.

Who can rent
- You need a valid driving licence. Upload it to your account before your first booking; we verify it once.
- Carry the original licence at pick-up. The person driving must be the person who booked.

Prices and payment
- The total you pay online covers the rental for your exact times, applicable tax, any coupon discount and a refundable security deposit.
- Fuel is not included unless stated. Cars follow a same-to-same fuel policy: return the car with the level you received it at.
- Additional kilometre charges apply beyond the free kilometre limit for your booking.

Security deposit
- The deposit is refunded in full after the car is returned in the condition it was handed over.
- Damage, traffic fines, tolls, or missing fuel noted at the return inspection may be deducted from it.

Returns
- Return the car on time to the branch you picked it up from.
- Late returns are charged extra per hour at the car's hourly rate. Call us as early as you can if you're running late.

Cancellations
- Cancel any time from your account before pick-up.
- Refunds depend on how far ahead of pick-up you cancel. The earlier you cancel, the more you get back, up to a full refund. The deposit is always refunded in full.
